More than 1,700 new ICD-10 diagnosis codes to the code set library were introduced on October 1, 2016. The new codes ended a five-year code freeze. The “coding flexibility policy,” which has been in effect since last year, is also officially over as of October 1st. Providers are now expected to submit claims with
