WSPA Email Sources

Some of our members have reported that they are not receiving the most up-to-date information regarding WSPA events and news, including the upcoming Fall Convention, taking place November 3-5 in Bellevue. We would like to help you receive all the information you need to make the most of your WSPA membership with and explanation of our email sources.

Our emails are sent from two sources, the WSPA website and the email service Constant Contact. Email from both sources will come from the same WSPA email address but your email host may block one or the other because of where the emails are sent from.

To ensure that you are receiving all emails from WSPA, please check your spam folder and mark as “not spam.” In addition, if you are not receiving emails and have checked that your personal email settings are correct, there are a few common issues to address:

  1. You may not be opted-in to our Constant Contact email newsletter, or have chosen to opt-out of these newsletters. Constant Contact does not allow us to add your email back to their list if you have previously opted-out. However, you can click here to subscribe or update your information.
  2. Your email address on our website database or Constant Contact may be an email you no longer use or check. Please send us an email address that you check on a regular bases and we will update both website and Constant Contact email lists.
  3. WSPA emails may be directed to your spam folder. Please check to make sure that WSPA emails are not being flagged as spam.

If you are still having issues, please contact the WSPA office by phone (206-547-4220) or email and we will try to resolve the problem.
